The staff was really amazing. We had appointments at Mayo Clinic for 2 days. Valet staff parked our car and offered us rides to our appointments. That really helped alleviate our stress level! We would definitely stay here again. Dinner at Pittsburgh Blue was excellent as well.

The room is spacious. The pickup/drop off area of Rochester shuttle is at the hotel front door. The hotel is close to the Mayo clinic in 5-10min walking distance. There is also a small grocery store nearby.

Perfect location if you need to assist to an event at the Mayo Civic Center. Daily housekeeping service Good gym incluiding sauna , steam room and indoor pool

The rooms are always neat and clean. The staff is always helpful and friendly. I had a procedure done at the Mayo Clinic that required someone to assist me back to my room. They made a quick phone call and the Hilton driver was there to drive me back to the hotel. The driver was so friendly. We had a great conversation on the ride back. Excellent service all around.

The room was very well stocked with water, coffee and towels daily. Overall, very luxurious.

I received an email invitation to upgrade to breakfast and cocktail hour in the executive lounge for $39 (instead of the usual $50). When we arrived the $39 upgrade was not available. I believe it was worth the $50 we paid. The lounge was lovely and had fresh fruit and flowers, along with water, juice, and other beverages available 24/7. My only regret was bringing alcohol with us after being told you couldn't get alcohol after 7:30pm.. I was given that information by three different employees. They were referring to the executive lounge. It wasn't until we arrived when I said to the bellman, I have never heard of a Hilton without any alcohol after 7:30, it must be a dry town! He replied, oh, we have a bar in the restaurant!
